Maintenance

Convector Inspections Starting

As we get ready to transition from the warmer months to the colder months, we are actively doing our pre maintenance on our equipment - to include each convector. The schedule has been posted and notifications will continue.

Annual HOA Meeting

The annual HOA meeting is scheduled for November 24th at 6:30 PM in the community room. All residents are encouraged to attend.

What's Happening

We will be having a coffee bar on Tuesday, September 29th from 8-10 am in the Salon. Call for Art flyers will be posted soon, as well as nomination information for the upcoming Board elelctions.

Community Guidelines

Our shared standards help maintain the quality and character of 5100 Monument Avenue for everyone.

Common Areas

  • Common areas must be kept clean and free of personal belongings.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
  • Guests must be accompanied by a resident in all common areas.

Moving & Deliveries

  • All moves must be scheduled in advance with building management.
  • The service elevator must be used for all moves and large deliveries.
  • Moving hours are limited to Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed in all common areas and hallways.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.
  • Please register your pet with building management.

Parking

  • Each unit is assigned a designated parking space — please use only your assigned space.
  • Guest parking is available in marked spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Vehicles must display a current resident parking permit at all times.
